-
Billing Cycle: Information about your billing cycle, detailing how often you are billed.

-

2. Domain Manager
The Domain Manager is where you can manage all the domains associated with your ALTERNcloud CES service. This includes:
-
Existing Domains: A list of domains that have already been added to your CES account. For each domain, you can view SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records, which are crucial for email authentication and ensuring high deliverability.
-
Add Domain: To add a new domain, click on the Add Domain button. You will need to provide the following details:
-
Domain: The name of the domain you wish to add.
-
Key Name (k1): The key name associated with the domain's DKIM record.
-
Username: The username that will be associated with this domain.
-
You must add the SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records to your domain registrar or your domain won't be Authenticated and you won't be able to send emails with ALTERNcloud CES. Additionally, make sure the record entries you add to your domain registrar are the exactly the same as provided by the Domain Manager, otherwise your email deliveriability will be negatively impacted.
3. Metered Billing Details
The Metered Billing Details section provides a detailed breakdown of your service usage and associated costs. ALTERNcloud CES operates on a metered billing model, meaning you are charged based on the volume of emails sent. This section allows you to monitor your usage and forecast costs more accurately.

4. Add Support Plan XL
For clients requiring additional support, the Add Support Plan XL option is available. This plan provides access to enhanced support services, including priority response times and direct access to technical experts. It's an ideal choice for businesses with complex requirements or those that rely heavily on email marketing.
5. Request Cancellation
If you need to terminate your ALTERNcloud CES service, the Request Cancellation option allows you to do so quickly and efficiently.
Once initiated, your service will be discontinued as per the terms of service.
